+    - Overall very good
+    - Right next to JPL
+    - Not super large
+    - Architecture is pretty varied
+    - There was some construction
+    - Some newer buildings
+    - Dorms didn’t looks super large
+        - Seems like housing is guaranteed for 4 years though
+    - One cafeteria we saw didn’t have a lot of variety
+        - There are probably ones in the dorms though
+    - Good outdoor areas
+    - Overall location is great
+    - Neighborhood is great
