- There will be lots of snacks at kickoff
- lunch will be everyone figuring out for themselves
- For deadlines, we want to be pretty clear to whole team when things are due
- We have general plan for how many weeks each thing will take
- Finished CAD will be presented on 1/20
- Mr. Myers will reach out to West Woodland to tell them about what is happening with field trip/organized volunteering
- Controls has two tentative leads, two solid ones
	- everyone else is good
- FLL tournament
	- hosted at Lincoln
	- 1/24 - 1/25
	- run by Ballard
	- setup Friday after school
	- pits in Library
	- fields in gym
	- Ballard will be running event
	- will need 10-15 members on the Friday meeting to setup school
	- Will at least need someone who knows how to put back library on Sunday afternoon
	- Saturday meeting will still happen
