- Not enough prototyping early in the season, most design choices were made on vibes

- Little to no work was done to integrate subsystems until they were mostly complete (CAD)

- The practice life field was sometimes used for code testing the could be done at school but there wasn’t enough time. Maybe more meeting time? Maybe more sim? Maybe more efficient code testing?
